The domestic hot water circulation pump Wilo Star-Z is a glandless model. The pump for pipe installation has a blocking-current proof synchronous motor with high starting torque. It consists of a gunmetal pump housing, an impeller made of glass fibre reinforced plastic and a ceramic shaft with synthetic resin-impregnated carbon bearings. The pump is suitable for domestic hot water applications up to a hardness degree of max. 18 °dH.
