Fluidics oil nozzle is a universal nozzle suitable for many burner types. The "chamber" at the nozzle head protects the cone of the bore to prevent damage caused by possible rough handling. The filter of the Fluidics oil nozzle consists of sintered bronze balls instead of cut-wire. Behind the ribbed outer filter a secondary inner filter is mounted in order to provide a larger filter area. The internal geometry has been chosen in such a way that flow rates are less dependent on changes in the oil temperature. These nozzles are 100% tested, within narrow tolerances in terms of flow rate, spray angle and spray pattern.
