Thermostatic valve body A-exact straight DN10 3912-01.000

Thermostatic valve body with automatic flow control. The required flow rate of each radiator is set directly at the thermostatic valve body A-exact. Thus, the hydraulic balancing is done with a single twist. The set flow will then not be exceeded even if there is an oversupply of pressure, e.g neighbouring valves closing or during the morning warm-up phase, A-exact automatically regulates the flow rate to the set value.

Application:
HEIMEIER thermostatic valve bodies A-exact are used in two-pipe warm water pump heating systems with normal to high temperature spread. The required flow rate of the individual radiators is set directly on the A-exact thermostatic valve body. This means that hydronic balancing is done with one twist. 
Retrofitting:
When retrofitting existing systems, the dimensions of the A-exact valve usually allow for an easy replacement of the old thermostatic valves.
