The Fernox powerful limescale remover DS-3 quickly and efficiently removes limescale and restores the efficiency to all types of water heaters. A colour change from yellow, through green, to blue indicates the de-scaling power is exhausted. Moreover, the decalcifying agent does not smell badly and is suitable for iron, cast iron, stainless steel, copper and brass.
Dosage:
1 kg DS-3 dissolves approx. 0.5 kg limescale
Application range:
Heat exchangers, buffer tanks (domestic water heater), instantaneous water heaters, boilers, steam boilers, cooling systems, industrial systems.

Bonjour Pouvons-nous utiliser ce produit pour détartrer un bolier en acier émaillé ?
Non, ce n'est pas recommandé car ce produit est très agressif. Si la surface émaillée présente déjà quelques microfissures (généralement non visible), ou à certains endroits un peu plus fines, le détartrant va détruire la couche de protection par le bas. Nous recommandons une anode sacrificielle pour les préparateurs d'eau sanitaire. En fonction de la dureté locale de l'eau, vérifiez et remplacez cette anode à court ou moyen terme.
