Single corrugated stainless steel pipe DN20 with 13 mm insulation

The OEG single corrugated stainless steel pipe was specifically developed for the use in solar systems. Together with a sensor cable, it is sheathed by an effective HT insulation. Due to the use of high-grade stainless steel (V4A), the corrugated pipe can be used versatilely in private, public and industrial areas in compliance with applicable regulations.
Advantages of the new insulation:
• robust insulating outer sheath made up of multi-layer, waterproof polyethylene (PE)
• high-quality, form-stable and elastic insulation made of waterproof, synthetic rubber (EPDM), the insulation thickness remains also largely constant with bends
• excellently low water absorption of ≤5% of EPDM
• easy and quick processing (a cutter knife is often sufficient) and laying
• excellent ageing resistance
• low thermal conductivity (I = 0.045 W/mK)
• temperature resistance permanent up to +150 °C (short-term up to +170 °C)
• good UV-resistance as well as weather and ozone resistance
• high chemical resistance
• good sound reduction
• Fire Protection Class B2
• control cable integrated in the insulation
• valuable appearance
