Zone valve for hot- and cold-water systems with exchangeable motor and manual opening. The valve is suitable for drinking water. The valve can be opened or closed via the changeover contact of a thermostat. The process medium can flow through the 2-way valve from both sides, the valve insert closes tightly and operates independently from the differential pressure. The actuator can be replaced without having to drain the water. Through internal switching of the actuator, power is only consumed when the actuator is activated.
