The air admittance valve is used for the removal of negative air pressure in the pipe. The special construction ensures a free air supply to the sewage system, prevents the escape of unpleasant odours and protects against the ingress of pests. The air admittance valve provides a free sewage outflow. In case of fire, it reduces the spreading of fire and its smoke in the pipes by preventing the "chimney effect". Mounting is child's play and can be performed quickly.
