Anti-slip edge protection 15 x 15 cm octogonal Black-Cat Panther

The Black-Cat Panther anti-slip edge protection is the professional addition for lashing straps in cargo securing. It adapts well to almost any load edge and can be used for 90% of all loaded goods. Two loops allow the edge protection to be permanently mounted to the safety strap for continuous time saving. One pair of edge protective pads together with the strap make for a perfect lashing down unit.

If applied correctly, you will always achieve the statutory minimum coefficient of sliding friction for cargo securing of µ 0.6. The Black-Cat edge protection was tested by FLOG, Fraunhofer Institute and Dekra, and according to the test certificate, achieves a coefficient of sliding friction of about 0.9 µ even after 100 applications. Contrary to that, common granulate mats loose their coefficient of sliding friction only after a few applications. The edge protection pads "Made in Germany" can be wiped off with water and solvent-free detergents or, as an alternative, can be sprayed off with a steam cleaner.
