The assembly kit is suitable for the insulated installation of a magnesium anode with M8 thread into the cylinder. With this assembly, the connection between the anode and the cylinder is made through a cable that is accessible from the outside. Thereby it is possible, to perform a measurement of the flowing anode protective current and the consumption state of the anode from the outside, without opening the cylinder. The assembly kit is suitable for anodes of up to ∅ 26 mm.
