System separator to protect the drinking water from backflowing water.

The SYR CA system separator reliably protects the drinking water network against backflow, back pressure and back suction - particularly important when filling heating systems with untreated tap water. As soon as pressure fluctuations occur, the device automatically disconnects and prevents heating water from returning to the drinking water system.

The system separator also ensures safety for appliances or tapping points with a fixed drinking water connection. It is installed directly in front of them and thus provides effective protection against contamination from backflowing water.The integrated three-chamber system with ventilated medium pressure zone reacts sensitively to pressure drops and opens to the atmosphere as soon as the difference to the inlet pressure falls below ten per cent. This reliably prevents backflow.
