Due to the PVC housing, salt water does not have a corrosive effect. The UV-C radiation neutralises bacteria, viruses and other primitive organisms and prevents their formation. You will need less chlorine, which reduces any chlorine smell, skin and eye irritations. A built-in transformer ensures there is constant power supply.
