Compact dirt separator to remove the smallest dirt particles and magnetite particles from heating and cooling systems. The four particularly strong neodymium magnets provide for up to 60 % better results than conventional dirt separators while minimising the flow resistance at the same time.
Due to the rotatable connection, the separator can be inserted in any pipe layout.
The addition of a glycol-based anti-freeze is possible up to 50%.
The outlet is made of brass, the basic body is made of plastic.

Hi #1 can the connections be mounted horizontally as in some of the other options? #2 would this filter be suitable in a glycol based solar thermal system to make sure fluid is clean? #3 is there a strainer on the inside of the cartridge that one would clean? Thank you very much

Hello. I've got some answers for you: #1 the connections are rotatable, so that you can install the seperator in a vertikal position or if necessary, in a horizontal position. #2: You can use an water-glykol mix up to 50% of glykol.
#3: It contents no strain, so you needn't to clean something by taking it out before. the muddrops to the bottom an whenyou'restartingemptying the seperator you have to take away the labe with the magnet before, that the waste can be washed out.
