The CA 6828 Plus FillingCombi is used for the automatic filling of closed heating systems. It is permanently connected to the potable water pipe and provides protection up to fluid category 3. If the domestic supply pressure falls below the system pressure during the filling operation, the integrated backflow preventer stops the backflow of the fillling water into the potable water pipe. After the filling process, the isolating valve of the FillingCombi must be closed again to prevent uncontrolled refilling for instance in case of a leakage. In case of vented consumer systems, the isolating valve remains open.
The CA 6828 FillingCombi consists of a pressure reducing valve, a pressure gauge, strainer, backflow preventer CA, drain funnel as well as a manual isolation at the inlet and outlet. This means, it contains all components necessary for standard-compliant filling of vented and unvented consumer systems.

De vulcombinatie werkt automatisch. U hoeft zich nergens zorgen over te maken. als de druk onder de op de reduceerventiel ingestelde waarde komt, vindt bijvullen plaats. Dit moet wel af ent toe gecontroleerd worden of dit is uitgevoerd om te zien of de druk stabiel blijft. Houd indien mogelijk de reguliere navulling in de gaten. Als er ergens in het leidingsysteem een lek zit, zal de druk altijd onder P0 zakken en zal de vulcombinatie altijd bijvullen. Tegelijkertijd wordt er echter steeds meer water in het lek gepompt en de waterschade is gegarandeerd of neemt afmetingen aan die niemand leuk vindt.
