Flue gas damper GWR130, Diermayer

GWR thermal flue gas damper for controlling the flue gas opening in wall-mounted gas fireplaces such as instantaneous gas and gas water heaters and combination appliances. The housing of the damper is made of stainless steel, the control elements operate independently of each other and are made of thermo-bimetal.
Mounted on non-hinged bearings, the flue gas damper reacts very sensitively to temperature differences. Shortly after the burner is started and has reached a flue gas temperature of around 40 °C, the damper opens automatically. When the burner is switched off, it closes again automatically. This prevents the loss of heated room air and heat stored in the stove, which results in energy savings and a reduction in fuel consumption.
The robust flue gas damper is maintenance-free, durable and insensitive to soiling. It is designed exclusively for vertical installation.
