Tightness and maximum temperature depend on the seal material used: without a seal it is suitable for positive pressures up to 1,000 Pa and 400 °C, with EPDM up to 200 Pa and 200 °C, and with silicone up to 200 Pa and 120 °C.
The durable silencer consists of a stainless steel housing with a water-repellent mineral fibre absorption core, protected by glass fleece and an expanded metal mesh. Thanks to the special mineral fibres, this cost-effective flue silencer provides very good attenuation.
