The free-flow valve features a grease chamber without dead zone in the non-rising stem. It provides no room for stagnation water, germs or limestone, and is therefore considered as legionella-safe.
The valve is mainly installed after the water meter at the domestic water connection of the drinking water installation in the direction of the flow. But it can also be used for regulating as well as for shutting of at any point in the water pipe. An arrow is embossed on the valve for a correct installation. Due to the particularly streamlined design, few pressure losses and noises are caused.
The handwheel is made of tough, very hard and rigid plastic.
