Frost protection thermostat for hot water heating coils and heat exchangers

This thermostat provides effective freeze protection for water-side and air-side heating coils and heat exchangers – either via an immersion pocket in the water circuit or with a capillary sensor installed in the air duct. It can be used with neutral gases and with both non-aggressive and aggressive liquids, provided a suitable immersion pocket is used. The temperature range is adjusted externally on the device and can be sealed with a lead seal if required. The single-stage cut-out and changeover contact allow safe integration into control systems. Its intrinsically safe design ensures long-term, trouble-free operation.
