The tap protects all outdoor connections such as patio, garage or garden tapping points against frost damage. Its forced aeration ensures that the tap is automatically drained every time it is closed, so there is no need to shut off the water supply in winter. The complete fitting is suitable for installation in masonry with a minimum wall thickness of 200 mm.
