en cas de coupure de courant le réarment de cette vanne est t'il manuelle.

Non, le réarmement n´est pas manuel. L´électrovanne est fermé hors tension, ce qui signifie que lorsqu'il n'y a plus de courant, il se ferme automatiquement.
