Combined flow and return manifold with high flow capacity

With this heating manifold, you can control multiple heating circuits precisely and efficiently – ideal for multi-family houses or larger commercial properties with high output requirements. At the top, there are twelve socket connections available for connecting the heating circuits; at the bottom, there are two robust threaded connections for the boiler circuit. A continuous partition wall between the flow and return chambers prevents flow losses and ensures clear hydraulic separation.
The boiler manifold is factory pressure-tested and primed, which saves you time during installation and allows you to rely on proven safety. Precisely fitting insulation lowers heat losses and sustainably improves energy efficiency. This heating manifold therefore reliably ensures optimum hydraulics and minimises pressure loss.

 - Uniform branch spacing: 200 mm
 - Socket connections: 1½” at the top for heating circuits
 - Threaded connections: 2” at the bottom for the boiler circuit
 - Factory-fitted insulation according to EnEV (Energy Saving Ordinance) dated 01.10.09, consisting of two half-shells with end pieces and cut-outs for all branches, made of 35 mm black EPP foam
