HSS-G TiAIN twist drill set 19 pcs. 1-10 mm, with split point 258214FRO

The universal HSS TiAIN twist drills with cylinder shank and split point are fitted with a particularly robust core thickness and a high level of hardness. The drills are suiitable for V2A and V4A steel, acid-resistant steels, titanium, titanium alloys, cast iron, aluminium, copper, brass and bronze. They fit on all lathes and impact drills from 1.0 - 10.0 mm (0.5 increments). A high abrasion resistant coating and a long life are features of these twist drills. They are also suitable for the use without coolants. The TiAIN protective coating against abrasion increases the surface hardness to approx. 3,000 HV and the thermal stability to approx. +900 °C.
