HSS-G twist drill magazine 170 pieces

The twist drill magazine provides you with all standard HSS-G drills from diameters of 1.0 to 10 mm, clearly arranged and ready at hand.
The ground drills have a cylindrical shank, a point angle of 135° and are fitted with a split point from a diameter of 3 mm and more. An HSS-G drill is cut from solid material, tempered and ground on the edges and the flute. These drills are particularly suitable for precise working with long tool lives and small tolerances.
The distinguishing feature here is the shiny flute. These drills stand out due to a higher accuracy than HSS-R drills and good chip removal, and they are self-centering. Materials like steel, cast steel, cast iron, sintered iron, graphite, brass, aluminium and bronze can be finished with them. HSS-G drills can be applied in pillar drilling machines, lathes and milling machines.
