Perfect meat maturing thanks to Landig-LWS-Tronic control (-5 to +16 °C), standard cleaning drain, approx. 15 cm high stainless steel feet and two stainless steel racks with a load capacity of up to 200 kg. Energy consumption of LU 7000® cis only 1.1 KWh/24 h and belongs to the category SuperSparer© .
The new temperature zone of -5 °C ensures perfect maturing of meat packed and stored at -2 °C. The standard 2-rail system ensures optimum load
distribution. The door can be locked, hinge possible on either side.
