Mod. heating circuit K33 DN25 3 WM+bypass Grundfos Alpha2 25-60

The K33 modular heating circuit is suitable for underfloor heating and low-temperature heating installations. It is equipped with a Grundfos Alpha2 25-60. The connections of the heating circuit have an internal thread of 1". It also features large ball valve handles for easy handling and visible closing positions. The modular heating circuit is equipped with a design insulation with optimised function made of permanently elastic EPP insulating the fittings 100%. Moreover, the system provides a ventilation opening to cool the pumps. Free access to the pump head is ensured by simply removing the front insulation shell. Additionally, the heating circuit provides a check valve (can be opened, 200-mm water column, spring-loaded) in the return pipe which prevents noise when electronically-controlled pumps are used, thus suited for horizontal or overhead installation. Standard installation of the flow is on the right, but flow and return line can be changed on site, the mixer conversion can also be performed without any problems. All water-carrying parts are made of brass. The full-metal thermometer can be pulled off, with immersion pocket integrated in the ball valve. The modular heating circuit is fully assembled with flat gaskets. The pump can be isolated, so no draining is necessary during service work. The check valve is integrated in the mixer and prevents unintended circulation. The contact thermostat is adjustable in the range between 20° - 60° C. When the set temperature is exceeded, a switch is activated and shuts off e.g the pump. The 3-way mixer with bypass 0-50% and thermostatic control is completely made of brass, controlled by thermostat with contact sensor, adjusted manually, bypass adjustable from the front of the mixing valve. Control range 20 - 50° C (standard) or 50 - 70° C (on request).
