Modular heating circuit K34 DN25 3-WM+bypass with pump Wilo Yonos Pico 25/1-6

Modular heating circuit K34 is for mixer-controlled low-temperature heating systems and is equipped with a Wilo Stratos Pico 25/1-6. The connections of the heating circuit have 1’ internal threads, it also has large ball valve handles for easy operation, and the closed position is clearly indicated. The modular heating circuit is equipped with function-optimised design insulation made of permanently elastic EPP, which insulates the fittings 100%, and the system also has a ventilation duct for cooling the pumps. Free access to the pump head is ensured by simply removing the cover. In addition, the heating circuit has a gravity brake (can be set up, 200 mmWs, spring-loaded) in the return pipe, which means that no noise is generated when electronically controlled pumps are used. The pump can also be installed horizontally or overhead. The flow pipe is pre-assembled on the right as standard, but the flow and return pipes can be easily exchanged on site, and the mixer can also be easily converted. Backflow preventer integrated in the mixer, prevents incorrect circulation. The 3-way mixer is equipped with an adjustable bypass, to which up to 50% of the return water from the heating circuit can be added (depending on the system). All water-carrying parts of the heating circuit are made of brass. The all-metal thermometer is removable and has an integrated immersion sleeve in the ball valve. The modular heating circuit is bolted flat-sealing everywhere, and the pump can be fully shut off, which means no draining during servicing.
