The universal oil nozzle

Due to decades of experience with oil nozzles of all brands and the large number of different burner products on the spare-parts market, OEG has developed a special nozzle suitable for universal application in the spare-parts market and enabling optimum combustion. By applying most advanced technologies, the different production stages are passed fully automatically, with highest precision and 100% reproducible. Due to lowest tolerances, values are significantly below the European standards EN293 and 299. All nozzle sizes are equipped with the protective double filter technology made up of a primary and secondary filter as well as a filter width adapted to the respective size. During the automatic production process, each nozzle is 100% tested for its spraying characteristics and through-put in order to guarantee optimum combustion later. In the following packaging process, a test oil mist remains on the nozzle deliberately in order to ensure a long storage life.
