The 3-way zone valve body Type VZD is used to operate with 2-position controls in heating, hot-water, drinking water and air-conditioning systems. The motors of this type can be replaced without having to exchange the whole valve and the related effort. Versatile application options allow the use as zone regulation of heating systems, flow rate distribution and priority switchings for hot-water heating. The insertable motors of the zone valve only need a single-pole control. A changeover contact is not required as they switch over spring-loaded.
