Single corrugated stainless steel pipe DN25 with 19 mm insulation

The OEG corrugated single stainless steel pipe has been developed specifically for the use in solar systems. Together with a sensor cable, it is insulated by an effective HT jacket. The use of high-grade stainless steel (V4A) allows the corrugated pipe to be used for multiple applications in the private, commercial and industrial sector subject to applicable regulations.
Advantages of the new insulation:
- robust outer insulating jacket made of multi-layered, waterproof polyethylene (PE)
- high-grade, dimensionally stable and flexible insulation made of waterproof, synthetic rubber (EPDM), the insulation thickness can also be kept largely constant with bends
- excellently low water absorption of ≤5 % of EPDM
- easy and fast processing (mostly a cutter knife is enough) and laying
- excellent aging resistance
- low thermal conductivity ( 0.045 W/mk)
- temperature resistance permanently up to +150 °C (short-term up to +170 °C)
- good UV stability as well as weather and ozone resistance
- high chemical resistance
- good sound reduction
- Fire Protection Class B2
- control cable integrated in the insulation
