With both sample bottles, the filled-in info form and an enclosed prepaid envelope you can send your samples of the heating and cooling water currently in your system and the refill drinking water available on-site directly to the laboratory for analysis. After receipt of the samples, the laboratory specialised on system water analysis will send you a detailed list of the system water and the right mixture for refill water.
