Wat is de betekennis van de verschillende toepassingsbereiken, A, B, C+D?

Dat heeft betrekking op het toepassingsgebied. "A" is 100% geïsoleerd voor toepassing in verwarmings- en sanitaire installaties in het tapwatergebied en in leidingen, bijvoorbeeld in technische centra of mediakanalen en schachten met een warmtebelasting van meer dan 25 °C conform EnEV.
Toepassingsgebied "B" is hetzelfde als voor "A", alleen met een isolatiedikte van 5 p% volgens EnEV.
Toepassingsgebied "C" voor vloerverwarming en in de sanitaire ruimte voor leidingen in niet verwarmde ruimtes met een omgevingstemperatuur van ONDER + 20 °C (condensatiebescherming), voor (buis) mangat leggen, vloerleidingen, individuele toevoerleidingen in voorwandinstallaties, vloerleidingen en individuele toevoerleidingen in de vloerstructuur.
"D" verwarmingsinstallaties in verwarmde kamers of gebouwdelen tussen verwarmde kamers van een gebruiker en afsluitbaar zonder speciale vereisten.
