What is the pump station SMGZ 300 suction height I need outgoing pressure only ~ 1 bar for oil ring
Answer OEG:
Ideally, under 4 m suction height. Depending on the hydraulics of the entire system, a maximum suction height of 6m can be achieved with a ring line system using gas-air separators (example Gas/air separator with shut-off combination 3/4"). The pressure is regulated via an external valve just before the end of the ring line (on the tank), e.g. Pressure control valve 3/8" for 0.5 to 1.5 bar
