Wie handhabe ich die oben angebrachte Verstellung open/closed ? Was ist dabei zu beachten?

Guten Tag,
das ist Füllöffnung. Auch wenn das Vakuummeter mal bereits ein Vakuum anzeigt, kann durch ein kurzes Betätigen das Vakuum wieder auf 0 zurück gesetzt werden.
