The cable shears with step cutting edge is used for cutting multi-wired cables and solid Cu and Al cables of up to 5 x 4 mm2. The gradations cut wires or stranded cores one after the other, which reduces the effort up to 40 % compared to standard cable shears.
The induction-hardened cutting edges cut smoothly and exactly without crushing. The cable shears is fitted with a pinch guard and an adjustable bolted joint. The ergonomic handle design provides for an optimal cutting feel even for larger cable diameters. The handles are insulated.
