Fresh-water storage tank for highest demands on drinking water hygiene and energy efficiency.
The structure of the storage tank is fundamentally different from usual large-volume domestic hot-water tanks. A built-in corrugated stainless steel pipe separates the drinking water from the heating water, while serving as a powerful heat exchanger at the same time. Thus, the advantages of a buffer tank are combined with those of a continuous flow water heater.
The heating water serves as actual heat storage while the drinking water flows through the corrugated stainless steel pipe only if required and, thus, a legionella-safe domestic water heating is ensured. You do not need a protection programme against legionella in the controller. At all times, the consumer is provided with hygienically clean, fresh water at the desired temperature.

Vous dites que la Capacité d'agitation (45°C) [l] = 857 litre, qu'est ce que cela veut dire exactement ?

Answer OEG:

Le débit de soutirage  signifie que le réservoir fournit de l´eau à 45 °C  après les 10 premières minutes sous les conditions suivantes : Ballon 65 °C, eau froide 10 °C, pas de chauffage ultérieur.

J'aimerai remplacer un ballon "standard" de 1500 litres rempli d'eau chaude sanitaire, pas un ballon d'eau fraîche avec un échangeur inox immergé, mais j'ai toujours peur de ne pas avoir assez de débit d'Eau Chaude à 45°C. Pourriez m'expliquer, vous annoncez pour ce ballon Débit de soutirage (45°C) [l]: de 857 litres. C'est par heure, je suppose ? et avec la cuve complète à 70 °C ? Et s'il me faut 60°C en Eau Chaude Sanitaire, je peux compter sur combien de litre par minute ? Avez un tableau, des courbes ? Comment peut-on être certains d'avoir les bons débits d'Eau Chaude quand nous remplaçons nos "vieux" ballons par vos supers ballons hygiénique ? Que préconiser pour éviter les dépots de calcaire pour être certains de garder les performances d'échange ?

Le débit de soutirage se réfère aux 10 premières minutes sans chauffage d'appoint.
Nous n'avons pas encore de courbe, mais elle est en cours d'élaboration.
Lorsque le ballon est chauffé à 70°C et qu´on préleve de l'eau chaude à 60°C, la puissance de soutirage diminue, car la différence de température est plus faible. Avec ces valeurs, le réservoir a donc une capacité de soutirage de 300 litres. Vous pouvez  l'augmenter avec un chauffage d'appoint approprié.
