The structure of the storage tank is fundamentally different from usual large-volume domestic hot-water tanks. A built-in corrugated stainless steel pipe separates the drinking water from the heating water, while serving as a powerful heat exchanger at the same time. Thus, the advantages of a buffer tank are combined with those of a continuous flow water heater.
The heating water serves as actual heat storage while the drinking water flows through the corrugated stainless steel pipe only if required and, thus, a legionella-safe domestic water heating is ensured. You do not need a protection programme against legionella in the controller. At all times, the consumer is provided with hygienically clean, fresh water at the desired temperature.
Due to the additional smooth-pipe heat exchanger, a heat generators can be integrated at any time and its energy can be fed into the fresh-water storage tank.

très bien sauf le puisage sur le haut qui nécessite une rallonge en 1 1/4
Le seul problème est que l'isolation sur le haut du ballon empêche l'utilisation d'un manchon normal et qu'il est nécessaire d'utiliser une rallonge. A moins de détruire l'isolation
Jusqu’à fin 2013 les raccords étaient à l‘intérieur de l’isolation. Il fallait, si nécessaire, travailler avec des rallonges.
Mais depuis 2014 les ballons OEG sont équipés de raccords qui vont au ras de l’extérieur de l’isolation. Ainsi il n’y a plus de restrictions.
Bis Ende 2013 lagen die Anschlüsse innerhalb der Isolierung.
Hier musste teilweise mit Verlängerungen gearbeitet werden.
Seit 2014 werden diese OEG-Speicher aber mit Anschlüssen ausgeliefert, die bündig bis auf die Außenseite der Isolierung geführt sind. Somit kommt es hier zu keinen Einschränkungen mehr.
