The Afriso mechanical boiler water low level alarm with male thread R 2" for direct mounting in the boiler with float mechanism for sealed heating systems to protect the boiler according to DIN EN 12828. TÜV-tested as a water level switch for a max. operating temperature of 120°C, designed for heating systems according to DIN EN 12828. If the water level in the boiler drops below a minimum level, a float activates a switch which interrupts the power supply to the burner. A locking mechanism prevents the burner from switching back on automatically. A test button allows the float to be lowered in order to simulate a low water alarm condition. Consisting of a probe body made of cast brass with welding sockets DN 20 and float mechanism, electric switch, test and release button. The float is made of plastic.
