With this robust tool, sheet metals can be centered, spot-drilled, bored and deburred, all in one working cycle. The CBN ground and spiral-shaped flute provides for quiet running and high cutting performance. Especially the chip flow is optimised, so even long, non-breaking chips will be removed easily. This reduces the formation of build-up edges and cold weld marks on the cutting edges. The cone makes it easier to withdraw the tool from the sheet metals.
It can be used for stainless steel sheet, steel sheet, cast iron, thermo and thermoset plastics.
