Single-line suction pump unit for pumping the heating oil from the tank to one or several burners. The set-up location of the unit is selected in the vicinity of the burners so that they can remove the calmed oil from the vessel via six individual ports.
The unit generates a vacuum of -0.95 bar and, thus, achieves a maximum delivery head of 9.5 m vertically at a possible distance of 200 m horizontally. An overfill protection device and the oil sump pan with leak detector provide for the necessary safety. The fill level protection guarantees dry-running protection. The control unit used offers extensive control options with potential-free operating and fault-message outputs as well as with an event memory.

habe eine Saugleitung von ca. 150 Meterlänge.Der vorhandene Tank ist als Erdtank verbaut.Die max Saughöhe beträgt ca.5 m. Welches Anlage kann ich verwenden und wie groß muß die Rohrleitung werden. DieGesamtleitsungsabnahme sind 550 kw verteilt auf 3 Heizungsanlagen. Hier soll laut TÜV ein Umbau von Druck auf Sauganlage gebaut werden.
Zu diesen Angaben empfehen wir ein SE 120, Artikel Nr. Single suction unit 1,200 kW with safety plug, und 15mm Saugleitung.
Das SE 60 ist für diese Saughöhe und Länge zu klein. Bitte noch darauf achten das die Tankarmatur in der Dimensionierung passt und das keine Rückschläge/Fußventile auf der Saugseite verwendet werden.
Können an diesem Aggregat auch zwei Brenner angeschlossen werden welche nicht gleichzeit in Betrieb sind?
Ja, es sind bis zu 6 Brenner sind an einem Strang möglich.
