Balancing valve for the precise and rapid balancing of consumer circuits in HVAC systems. The integrated flow indication is provided with a rotatable indicator scale in l/min. The actual flow rate can be read off directly without the need for measuring computers or diagrams. The sight glass of the flow indicator is not installed directly in the medium flow and is, therefore, protected against soiling. The flow rate is adjusted by Y-valve through several spindle rotations. The installation position can be in the supply or return flow.
