Question
The description quotes: Calibration tool for multilayer pipe 20 x 2.25 mm for cordless screwdrivers, however the silvertec line of products requires a 20x2.0 mm tube size. (the 20x2.25 is however used for Uponor). Does this mean that this calibrator is not ideally suited for the Silvertec line offered by OEG? (I would like to use it to widen the Uponor 20x2.25 mm tubing to 20x2.0 mm tubing so I can still use Silvertec fittings on them).

Good morning.
The calibration tool is made for multilayer composite pipes. We don't write especially that these are calibrators are only suitable for silver tec pipes. When you've got an Uponor pipe with an wall thickness of 2,25mm you just need a calibrator for such a pipe. Finally it's an easy matter, because you have to wide the pipe just a bit for better pushing on the fitting. The calibrator needs a little resistance. Is it too high or the pipe semms to be too tight than it's wrong. Too slim, of course not the right one too. So this kind of calibrators are universal suitable for multilayer composite pipes, if not you have to buy one of every manufactuer of such pipes and for every size of them...
