The OEG double corrugated stainless steel pipe has been specifically developed for the use in solar systems. Together with a sensor cable, it is sheathed by an effective HT insulation. Due to the use of high-grade stainless steel (V4A), the corrugated pipe can be used for versatile applications in the private, commercial and industrial sector, subject to applicable regulations.
Advantages of the new insulation:
- robust outer insulating jacket made of multi-layered, waterproof polyethylene (PE)
- high-grade, dimensionally stable and flexible insulation made of waterproof, synthetic rubber
(EPDM), the insulation thickness can also be kept largely constant with bends
- very low water absorption of 5 % of EPDM
- easy and fast processing and laying
- excellent ageing resistance
- low thermal conductivity ( I = 0.045 W/mk)
- temperature resistance permanently up to +150 C (short-term up to +170 C)
- good UV-stability as well as weather and ozone resistance
- high chemical resistance
- good sound reduction
- Fire Protection Class B2
- control cable integrated in the insulation
- twin insulations are joined by a crossbar along the full length and can be separated if required

Ja, die Länge ist einkürzbar und die passenden verschraubungen sind Assembly set 3/4" for corrugated solar pipe DN16.
Is deze buis ook geschikt voor het transport van drinkwater? Wat is de maximaal toelaatbare druk?
De maximale druk bedraagt 6 bar, een goedkeuring voor gebruik met drinkwater is niet beschikbaar.
Mag deze leiding ook in het zand gelegd worden? Of in de beton?

De manier waarop wij de leidingen verkopen zijn hier dus niet voor bedoeld omdat de isolatie niet drukvast is.
Als het gewenst of misschien nodig is, moet het in een drukvaste "omringende buis" worden gelegd. Een grote lege pijp of KG-pijp.
Welchen Querschnitt hat das Fühlerkabel? Ist die Litze verzinnt?
