The OEG corrugated double stainless steel pipe has been developed specifically for the use in solar systems. Together with a sensor cable, it is insulated by an effective HT insulation. The use of high-grade stainless steel (V4A) allows the corrugated pipe to be used for multiple applications in the private, commercial and industrial sector, subject to applicable regulations.
Advantages of the new insulation:
- robust outer insulating jacket made of multi-layered, waterproof polyethylene (PE)
- high-grade, dimensionally stable and flexible insulation made of waterproof, synthetic rubber (EPDM), the insulation thickness can also be kept largely constant with bends
- excellently low water absorption of ≤5 % of EPDM
- easy and fast processing (mostly a cutter knife is enough) and laying
- excellent ageing resistance
- low thermal conductivity ( I = 0.045 W/mk)
- temperature resistance permanently up to +150 °C (short-term up to +170 °C)
- good UV-stability as well as weather and ozone resistance
- high chemical resistance
- good sound reduction
- Fire Protection Class B2
- control cable integrated in the insulation
- Twin insulations are joined by a crossbar along the full length and can be separated if required

Is deze buis geschikt voor het verbinden van warmtepompen (monobloc) die buiten staat met buffervat binnen. Deze wordt grotendeels ondergronds gelegd. Welke bijkomende isolatie wordt hier best nog voorzien ? Zijn er alternatieven voor deze ondergrondse leiding tussen monobloc en buffervat bv. Geïsoleerde alpex leiding 26/32
De RVS ribbelbuis is geschikt voor het aansluiten van een warmtepomp, als alternatief kan bijvoorbeeld ook koperen buis worden gebruikt.
De Alpex-buis zou dan antivries moeten kunnen weerstaan om gebruikt te kunnen worden.
Voor ondergrondse installatie zouden dan bescherm/isolatie ombuizen moeten worden gebruikt of bij koperen leidingen bijvoorbeeld isolatieslangen.
Ist das Rohr auch für Wärmepumpen geeignet?
Das Edelstahlwellrohr kann für eine Wärmepumpe verwendet werden.
