Hallo Oeg, Ik heb problemen met de waterdichte afsluiting van dit onderdeel. Ik zaag de rvs buis heel precies af, maar hij dicht nog niet goed af. Blijft lekken. Ik draai hem wel heel strak vast, helemaal tot het einde zoals de instructie voorschrijft. Kan je tips geven?

Demonteer de fitting niet: mocht dit per ongeluk gebeuren,
moet de voet van de binnenring op de fitting rusten...
Het is erg belangrijk dat bij de nieuwe poging de afstanden en de ring correct zijn geplaatst. In de montagehandleiding worden de afstanden van de klemverbinding nauwkeurig beschreven... We gaan ervan uit dat hij de eerste as voorbij de klemring krijgt (klik).

Do you need a special tool for this fiting or just normal pliers?

You don't need a special tool to tighten it to the maximum that is justifiable. Just a waterpump plier oder something like this, but spanners possible too.

wie gross ist die metallisch dichtende Seite

Meinen Sie die Dichtfläche der flachdichtenden Seite? Wenn ja, dann wird der nicht über 3mm hinausgehen.

Montiert wird die Verschraubung wie folgt. Nachdem das Ende des Wellrohres mit dem Klopferwerkzeug plan geklopft worden ist, wird es in die Verschraubung eingeführt. Der Messing Klemmring, sowie die Verschraubung werden vorher auf das entsprechende Ende aufgesteckt. Dann wird die Verschraubung kräftig mit einer Gegenbewegung zweier Zangen festgezogen.
