Motor-driven flue gas damper with actuator to control the flue gas opening in oil and gas fireplaces as well as in solid fuel stoves, especially in systems with pilot flame or minimum opening for negative-pressure flue gas systems. The housing and damper parts are made of high-quality stainless steel and the integrated sealing membrane is made of EPDM.
Thanks to the motorised actuator, the damper opens already before the burner is started up, thus preventing flue gas build-up. In solid fuel appliances, the damper ensures efficient combustion in conjunction with the stove control. When the heating system is not in use, the damper closes automatically and prevents the loss of heat and heated room air.
In cascade systems, the motorised flue gas damper prevents flue gases from escaping or flowing back by closing all unused fireplaces. The patented mechanism ensures a high level of operational safety and a long service life, regardless of the installation position. In addition, the functionality can be checked at any time by manual operation.

Thanks for this information. Can it be combined with the stove control compact 150 (ref 510495404)?
No, this is not possible.
The Compact stove control unit is installed on the supply air side, e.g. in a wood-burning stove. The combustion process is then optimised by controlling the supply air. When the fireplace is not burning, the supply air flap is closed.
The stove control has no output or similar to be able to control a motorised flue gas damper.
Do you have a compatible control unit based on temperature of the flue gas? To open the damper when fire is on and close it when fire is out and temperature drops?
When the fireplace is not in use, the flue gas damper closes the flue gas path, preventing heated room air from escaping and the fireplace from cooling down. The motorised version can be controlled in different variations, e.g. manual control via a mains switch, temperature-dependent control via an upstream thermostat or fully automatic via a stove control system.
