All product informationPhysiologically harmless magnesium is the least noble common metal in the electrochemical series and is therefore ideally suited as a so-called sacrificial anode. The potential difference between magnesium and steel is about 1 volt, which acts as the driving voltage to generate a protective current. In enamelled steel tanks, the current flows from the magnesium anode to the enamel defects (cathodes) of the tank. As the magnesium gradually dissolves due to current flow and self-corrosion, a potential drop occurs at the defect sites—known as cathodic polarisation—which prevents the inner wall of the tank from corroding.
Properties:
The high-quality magnesium alloy offers optimal protection for the tank.
It has a long service life, as the iron and nickel content are well below the limits specified in EN 12438.

Bonjour, Je dois remplacer l'anode sur une chaudière Wolf TGS-24/200. Est ce que cette pièce est compatible ? Merci

Si la chaudière TGS-24/200 contient le ballon SW-90/160 ou CGS-20/160 ou CGS-24/200 alors l'anode Magnesium anode Ø 26 mm peut être utilisée.
Si ce n'est pas le cas, veuillez nous donner la référence du ballon de la chaudière TGS24/200.

Bj, Il y’a pas de connections sur l’anode pour le raccordement électrique ? Doit etre soude en fonction du raccordement électrique ?

Il s'agit d'une anode magnésium.
Elle n'a pas besoin de courant électrique.

Bonjour, Vos anodes sont du bon diamètre mais trop longues, pouvons nous les découper à la longueur souhaité. Merci de votre réponse

Vous pouvez le découper à la longueur souhaitée. Merci de consulter auparavant l´article Magnesium anode universal Ø 26 mm, il est un peu plus court.
