The strong pressing tool is perfectly suitable to press fittings with TH-contour and
PE-RT or PE-X pipes. The ergonomic handle and the easy-going mechanism ensure that the fittings can be pressed without much effort. The head is rotatable by 360 degrees and the levers can be individually extended from 53 cm to 75 cm.
The manual pressing set is supplied in a sturdy carrying case, which can be easily stored in a service vehicle.

Für die Presszange gibt es keine anderen Presseinlagen, alternative können wir Ihnen Eco-Press manual radial press anbieten.
Zu dieser sind die Roller Presszangen außer ROLLER’s Presszangen Mini, passend.

How do installers know if this tool is worn out? Need to be calibrated? Can it even be calibrated ?

Hello, since it is a pressing tool I can not imagine (I've never experienced) that they have to be adjusted somehow, or that they can wear off the press attachments for the different contours are just as available as an electric press machine only the inclusion of the Pliers are logically different. Of course, it may happen through possible dropping or the like with the passage of time that eventually something bends but generally this is not a tool with great wear.

Can this tool be calibrated like regular pressmachines? If so, how do the installer know whne to calibrate and where to send it ?? 802029948

At first, yes it can be used like electric press machine, because the power which is put on the fitting will be translated like the power a machine needs to press the fitting properly on the pipe. The translation of the press plier is comparable with the funktion of a bolt cutters.
If you see that the pipe's open end is a little bit too tight to for the fitting you put in the right size of the calibrator and make a few turns around. than you opend the pipe just a little bit more so ou can put the fitting nicely on the pipe.

Is this tool approved, certified and accepted and reliable to press hard enough???

Hello,
If the pliers are compressed to the stop is ensured by the mechanics the compression is perfect. It is an original product of the pipe manufacturer. There is no certificate available for this.

Es lässt sich relativ gut arbeiten mit der Zange sofern man genug Platz hat. Bei abgewinkelten Fittings passt der Zangenkopf teilweise nicht in jeder position auf die Presshülse. Pressergebnis ist gut.

Zijn er ook losse wisselbekken van de maat 12/15/22/28 beschikbaar? Of passen de wisselbekken van Henco daar ook in ?

dit zijn niet dezelfde persbekken als voor de elektrische/accu persmachines.
bijv. TH 14 persbek = art 311811310
