Balancing valve for the precise and exact balancing of consumer circuits in HVAC systems. The integrated flow meter is provided with a rotatable indicator scale marked in l/min. Hence, the actual flow rate can be read directly without the need for measuring computers or charts. Since the flow meter is located separately from the passing medium, it is protected against system debris and dirt. The setting of the flow rate is by angle seat valve via several spindle revolutions. The installation position is possible in the flow or return lines.
