High-quality membrane expansion vessel suitable for closed heating and cooling installations. The flexible membrane absorbs excess water pressure caused by thermal expansion. Thereby, the pressure of the system remains constant. The vessel is filled with nitrogen gas to protect it against corrosion and pressure losses. Each vessel is factory-tested on tightness and pre-charge pressure. The membrane made of SBR rubber is approved for a glycol content of up to 50% in the water. The vessel is equipped with 3 stable, welded-on support feet.

Guten Tag,
die Membrane kann eine Dauertemperatur von 70°C ab.120°C ist die maximale Betriebstemperatur, die die Membrane kurzfristig ab kann ohne das diese beschädigt wird .Um die Temperatur vom Gefäß niedrig zu halten, wird das Gefäß immer mit einer Wärmedämmschleife angeschlossen, um die Membrane vor hohen Temperaturen zu schützen.Bedeutet das Gefäß nie direkt in ein T-Stück reinschrauben,sondern immer eine kleine Rohrleitung verlegen und das Gefäß dann anschließen.
