Jaw and lug are forged from high-strength quenched and tempered steel. The bolts are made of alloyed quality steel. The surface of the pressing jaw is protected against corrosion due to blue passivating.
The tool has an above-average life time as a result of the additional hardening of the pressing contour and press roller tilt.
