Jaw and lug are forged from high-strength quenched and tempered steel. The bolts are made of alloyed quality steel. The surface of the pressing jaw is protected against corrosion due to blue passivating.
The tool has an above-average life time as a result of the additional hardening of the pressing contour and press roller tilt.

Oui car d'après les données que nous avons pu trouver, l'UPONOR UP 75 (de la première question) a une force de poussée d'au moins 32 kN.

Convient à toutes les sertisseuses avec une force de poussée constante de 30 à 40 kN.

Les mâchoires sont compatibles entre elles, aussi dans les machines REMS.
Ce n'est pas le cas pour les mini mâchoires : chaque fabricant à son propre système.
